Тони скита по улиците или се отбива в ателието на художника на кукли Фипо. Тук момиченцето се потапя в приказен свят, много различен от този, който е около нея. Но Фипо си има свой живот и проблеми. Тони не се сърди на майка си, обича я и иска да живее с нея. Но за съседските деца Тони е лош пример. Родителите им правят всичко възможно да я настанят в интернат, без да се интересуват от нейното мнение. Дали това е по-доброто за момиченцето?

Little Tony does not have a father, but her mother is just an obstacle. The child often stays outside the locked door while the mother has fun with another guest. Tony wanders in the streets or walks to Pipe doll artist's studio. Here the girl is immersed in a fairy-tale world, very different from the one around her. But Fipo has his own life and problems. Tony is not mad at her mother, loves her and wants to live with her. But for neighboring children, Tony is a bad example. Their parents are doing their best to put her in a boarding school without being interested in her opinion. Is this better for the little girl?

A 12-year old boy (Isham Samzudeen) is accused of the murder of one Courtseen. His father was a retired judge (Ravindra Randeniya) and his mother (Piyumi Samaraweera) was also a famous magistrate. The movie depicted a controversial scene where child and his mother both get into a bathtub nude. After the child overcomes the initial shock of seeing her mother completely nude, insists on breastfeeding - a request which then the mother forcefully turns down. The film was banned due to issues of incest, murder, rape and contempt of court.

A young French girl (Madeleine) travels with her Grandmother to Odessa. The Grandmother has business there (hoping to receive some sort of compensation for the house that she owned there before the revolution). While she is sorting this out, her granddaughter meets some local Soviet children and goes on various adventures in and around the city with them. Also tagging along is a young eastern Prince, whom Madeleine befriended on the ship on the way to Odessa. Madeleine is well meaning and always eager to help people but often seems to cause a commotion due to misunderstandings. Her rendition of the song "Darling I love you" (sung in English at a local school) is hilarious and not to be missed.

FR. Après la guerre est un film français réalisé en 1988 par Jean-Loup Hubert et sorti en 1989.
Les Américains viennent de débarquer. Dans un petit village du sud de la France, on s'apprête à fêter les libérateurs. Trois jeunes garçons, Julien, Antoine et Gaby, au lieu de répéter avec le reste de la fanfare, préfèrent guetter l'arrivée des Américains qu'ils annoncent à la vue d'une file de blindés. Mais c'étaient les Allemands en train de se replier. Le maire est tué et l'on prévoit un châtiment exemplaire pour les garçons. Gaby est pris tandis que les deux frères Julien et Antoine s'enfuient vers Lyon pour y retrouver leur mère. Ils découvrent alors, réfugié dans un moulin, un soldat allemand cloué au sol par une sciatique. Franz-Joseph est en fait un déserteur et s'il parle si bien le français, c'est parce que sa mère est alsacienne. Après avoir été soigné par une rebouteuse, Franz accepte de faire route avec les deux garçons. Commence une longue marche dans les forêts pendant laquelle Julien et Antoine vont se prendre d'affection pour leur "ennemi", cet homme amer qui n'aime pas la guerre. Deux "collabo" en train de s'enfuir procurent à Franz des habits et une moto et le trio repart. Ils arrivent dans un village étrangement désert. Pendant que les garçons dorment, Franz découvre que les habitants ont été massacrés par les Allemands. Et quand un soldat américain l'aperçoit, Franz, bouleversé, s'accuse en allemand du massacre. Quelques minutes plus tard il est fusillé sous les yeux de Julien et d'Antoine.
EN. The film is set in France in August 1944 at the end of the war. German troops are in retreat as the allies are coming in. Two French boys run from home and on their journey they stumble upon a German soldier. Soon they become friends and together they head towards Lyon...
